Florence Youth Hostel is an inexpensive hostel located in the heart of Florence, only 10 -15 minutes walk from the railway station SMN and just few steps from the monuments famous all over the world and also from high fashion shops. It is in a great location if you want to discover the heart of Florence.

The hostel is small enough for you to have your privacy if you wish but is also big enough to ensure you are not left waiting for the bathroom. Since we are small, you will not meet lots of others if that is what you are looking for but you also won't be disturbed if you want to sleep late. If it feels like a home, that's because we try to make it that way. The only rules we have are: to leave the hostel empty from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for cleaning ; we also ask to not make any noise after midnight so we can let our guests relax in peace.

Our friendly staff speak Italian, English, Spanish and Polish and are always ready to help you.

We will be more than happy to point out the historical locations by providing a map will give you all the advice you need about good places to eat, drink and clubbing, rent a car or a bike.

Check in time is from 14.00. If you arrive before check in time you can live your luggage and go out to explore Italian style of life just don't forget about famous architecture in this beautiful city.

For only 2.50€ extra we offer one of the best breakfast for travelers! It is so big that after this meal for sure you will not feel hungry all day long, so of course you don't have to spend lots of money for anything else to eat.
Our big breakfast included: fresh (made for your order) scramble eggs, ham and cheese toast, bread, brioches, fresh fruits, cornflakes, jam, honey, nutella, yoghurt, milk, juice, tea, coffee, cappuccino.

Please note, that we are NOT a party hostel. We have a quiet period from midnight onwards every night. We encourage everyone to leave our place to discover the Florence nightlife after 24.00. We are more than willing to recommend places to carry on festivities.

Room description / How many, types, information, facilites?

We offer rooms with two, three, four, five beds, with bathroom inside or with shared bathroom. You can book a private room or a bed in dormitory The rooms are simple and (of course) clean. We provide use of iron, ironing board, hair dryer and AC adapters You will have your own set of keys to get in and out any time.

The hostel is located just a step away from Signoria Square, less than a minute from Uffizi Gallery and Old Bridge, 7 minutes from Mercato di San Lorenzo, 10 minutes from Accademy Gallery (famous for Michelangelo's David), 3 minutes from the Duomo (Santa Maria dal Fiore) and 15 minutes from Michelangelo Square where you have a beautiful view of all Florence.

Directions

We are situated on via Della Condotta 4, just a step away from Signoria square and less than a minute from Uffizi gallery and old bridge! From the Main Train Station S.M.N. is 10-15 minutes walk. From the main train station you walk along Via Panzani which becomes Via Cerretani and as you have reached the Cathedral (Duomo) turn right. Now you’ll be in Via Calzaiuoli, Florence's 'main street'. After the fifth block, you'll find Via Della Condotta on your left. Walking just for 50 meters you arrive at the hostel, look for the number 4. There we are! We are on the first floor, no lift.
