The White Tulip Hostel is located in the heart of the red light district and surrounded by bars and coffee shops, this hostel offers direct access to one of Amsterdam’s most bustling quarters.

Our hostel has 81 beds in total. We are the ideal hostel for larger groups as well as solo travelers. Our hostel has nice and comfortable private and dorm rooms which can hold up to 10 people.

Slaínte, our Irish pub located at the ground floor of our hostel, has authentic architecture and staff that gives the cozy atmosphere of an Irish bar. Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner can be enjoyed in our restaurant and there is a 25% discount given on food for all of our hostel guests! You are also in the right spot if you want to enjoy our two times Happy Hour on our delicious Heineken Beer!! Our friendly staff are happy to provide you with all of the tourist information that you need!

With Central Station nearby and Dam square just around the corner, the rest of the city can be easily accessed by foot. Many of Amsterdam’s main attractions and popular squares are conveniently within walking distance.

For Weekend booking we take minimum stay of 3 nights (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). For holidays and new years bookings we require a minimum stay of 5 nights! The service charge by credit card is 5% and we only accept Visa or MasterCard. Bookings confirmed with any other type of card will be cancelled.

Cancellation policy:
Please note that we have a cancellation policy of 72-hours. If you cancel to late or if you don't show up we charge you the first night of the reservation.

We are close to all the major attractions of Amsterdam including the Dam Square, Central Station, coffee shops, Amsterdam's night life, the Flower Market, Madame Tussaud, various museums and much much more! Directions

Directions: If you step out of the Central Station, follow the road in front of you called Damrak (this is the main street from Central Station). You can find this street by looking out for the 'Victoria Hotel'. Once you're on the Damrak, take a first left walking towards "The Grasshopper". Take a second right and you're in the Warmoestreet. Here, on the left side, you'll see "The White Tulip Hostel" at number 87.
